Helly Hansen is known as a great ski and snowsports brand…they have been designing and developing product in Norway since 1877. They’ve got an affordable midlayer fleece called the Helly Hansen Daybreaker.
I’ve been wearing this midlayer on morning trail runs and cool temperature spring hikes, and am enjoying its softness and how lightweight it is. Sometimes I forget I have it on because it is so light!
The Helly Hansen Daybreaker fleece is made of Polartec fleece, which is highly breathable and ultra soft. It is durable too…since mine is white it gets dirty easily, but I can just throw it in the washing machine.
Features:
- Polartec 100g fleece. The fleece is ultrasoft and highly breathable.
- Half zip. Since it is a pullover, the half zip makes it easier to get on and off. The zip does run a bit high…it would be nice if it zipped down a couple more inches.
Specs:
- Sizes: XS-XL. Colors include Azure blue, white, and black.
- Price: $60.
Overall, a great quality midlayer that keeps me cozy on chilly outdoor adventures and trips around town! Happy trails!
The HH fleece is a great looking midlayer cover. I’m thinking that this fleece in azure blue would make a good gift to my friend, she loves that color and everyone can use an extra layer or two especially since whe have a choice of colors.
Keep up the good reviews, we really enjoy them.
Thansk again.
