I hike five times a week through California’s chaparral. Good socks would protect me not only from blisters, but also corns. These would be a nice complement to my boots.

  2. Em Ma says:

I’d love to win! I absolutely love that there are no seams at the toe and there is arch support. Wonderful!

  3. Laurie says:

No seams?! You mean no seam harassing my toes?! No bunching up?! You mean I won’t have clumps of sock here and there under my feet?! Compression cuff?! You mean my socks will stay up?! I NEED THESE SOCKS!

  4. Trudy Burroughs says:

I’ve never really had a pair of socks made just for hiking. It might be nice on my old, tired feet. LOL

Swiftwick socks rock!! I’m hiking the New England Trail this summer with the Hot Mama Hikers and I could really use a new pair when I hit trail.

I am forever searching for that perfect pair of hiking socks. Some have come very close but just not quite what I would call perfect. I would love to try a pair of Swiftwick’s Pursuit to see if they are the socks I have been searching for, so please choose me to win a free pair so I can let you know if they are as perfect as they seem. They look to have all of the qualities I need to have in the perfect sock.

  9. Katie says:

I am planning a 4 month hike next summer and I have not bought anything that I absolutely need yet…This would be a great opportunity to start my journey. Thanks hiking lady!!!

I am always on the hunt for good hiking socks. My left foot was damaged in a car accident many moons ago and I have to be attentive to its care on my hikes. Socks sometimes even more than shoes can make you or break you. I would love to have a pair of SwiftWick Socks to see if I can gain even more comfort and reliability on the trail. I’m a section hiker on the AT and a trip is coming up this fall.

  11. Diane Dayton says:

These would be perfect for the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim trip coming up in a couple of months.

  12. Kathleen Von Stein says:

I just started spring hiking in a Taos and noticed my socks are looking threadbare. I need a reason not to stick to the same old-same old….

  13. Gerri Trent says:

Wow,new socks.Socks are as important as the right hiking shoes. I use a lot of hiking socks as I hike long hikes twice a week in the Smoky Mountains of TN. I love the hiking lady site as she has some awesome information even for a well seasoned hiker. Thank you, Carol.

  14. Heidi S. says:

I’ll be walking in Ireland and in Montenegro this summer, so I could definitely do with the socks!

Hoping to win a new pair of Pursuit wool cushioned hiking socks to pull over liner toe socks so I won’t get blisters this year! Sounds like the perfect combo!

  17. Summer says:

I an always trying to find a sock that fits with no seams. Swiftwick Pursuit socks looks like they would be great for my feet issues. I have very sensitive skin and my feet rub right where the seams are. I have bought all kinds of hiking socks and each time I hike over 5 miles, my toes start to blister. It would be great to win these socks. I have spent several hundred dollars trying to prevent my poor feet from being torn up. I need to find some great socks for my section hike on the AT in June.

  18. Grace says:

The first pair of hiking socks I ever bought have finally given up with a big hole in the toe area. They’ve been good to me, taking me through many hikes for at least 4 years. I have another pair, but these Swiftwick Pursuit socks would be the ideal replacement to have on hand.

  19. Dodger Fan says:

    These socks look great!
Please enter me in the drawing as they should help my ankles on any hike.

I always appreciate you giving us good tips that are certainly helpful, not only on hikes, but in everyday life.

  20. Ellen B says:

My search for good socks – it’s amazing! I would love to try these as we live near the National Forest and hike. I mean we really don’t hike to the top of the mountains – easy trails for us but I never know what type of socks to wear. thanks for the chance 🙂

  21. Cheryl says:

I have found that I can only hike in wool socks! I wear wool socks almost every day! In fact, when I wear them out I darn them and sew them up so I can extend the life! I would love to try out a part of these Swiftwick socks. I am a hiking guide and could really use a great pair of high quality socks.

  22. Jessie says:

I would love to win these socks because I’m going to be going on my first tramp as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme (bronze)! My current socks have left me with blisters and I am sure that it’s not my hiking boots so it would be great to finally get a chance at trying out the ‘fancy and hi tec’ socks rather than my usual grubby woollen ones 🙂
