I got plantar fasciitis for the second time – aggravated by hiking 🙁

I’m currently going for physical therapy. They have been taping my foot/calf every time I go. It definately reduces my pain, and makes my arch feel more supported. Thanks for the review. I’m going to buy some, so that I can have my husband tape my foot for me after my physical therapy sessions end. I figure it would be good to do when I go snowshoeing or hiking.

Great information! I have always wondered about this, especially after seeing it used so often on adventure races and in the Tour de France.

I enjoyed the review of the KT Tape, especially enjoyed the fact that it comes in some great colors – why not be fashionable at the same time you are trying to ease some pain.
Maybe there is a cream or spray that could be used to spray the area before applying the tape so there would be less pain removing the tape later.

    Keep up the good work!

Great question. After a few days it came back, but it was much milder than before (it was pretty mild joint pain to begin with). After another week or so of being careful not to strain my elbow joint it ultimately went away, and I haven’t had any issues since then. I don’t know if it will completely eliminate pain for people with moderate to severe tennis elbow or other joint/muscle pain, but I am totally in agreement with you – gotta try all the natural stuff first. Personally I think this is worth trying for your husband.

    Hello,
Are you now out of pain or did it come back after a week or so? My husband has tennis elbow and we have tried a lot of things. I am always looking for natural solutions. BTW: You do look very official with the taped arm!
