Cool! Death Valley is amazing! It is definitely wise to visit in the winter… I was there at the end of March and it was in the high 80s! Be sure to check out the sand dunes 🙂

Socks?!?!! Did someone say “sock make-over”? If I won some Goodhew socks my feet would be very happy. Besides, they’d go well with my new Black Diamond Trekking Poles and Merrell Hiking Shoes that I recently treated myself to after a car accident ( Hwy 299/CA) left me unable to walk unaided due to nerve damage for nearly two years. I am now walking 1-2 miles 3x per week with challenging incline & declines. YIPEEE!!!
