So what do you eat on the trail? When I’m out hiking, I know that I’m burning lots of calories…in fact I wrote a post on that topic awhile back (Calories Burned Walking & Hiking).
Burning calories means that I can justify eating more food than usual, because on the trail food is fuel 🙂
