The 1996 season on Mt. Everest was the most tragic to date. Jon Krakauer was there, and wrote the best selling book that captured the tragic situation.

While I think the book is a must read, I can’t say the same for seeing this movie. It was a made for TV movie that I think you can pass on…but definitely check out the book!
