New & Improved: Injinji Toe Sock Liners

As Hiking Lady readers know, I love my Injinji toe socks liners.

Injinji continues to develop a wide range of toe socks, including my favorite, toe sock liners. I ALWAYS wear liner socks under a bulkier sock in my hiking boots, and I never get blisters. How do toe socks help? The five toe design helps toes align properly, which prevents rubbing, and in turn, can help prevent blisters.

The new version has a closer fit than the older ones (that only came in white). Plus, they remain soft after many washes. These new ones are great, but there is no reason to throw out your older pairs until they wear out. I have found that Injinji products last a long time and only after a few years start showing signs of wear.
