Marmot PreCip Pants
Whenever I’m on a long day hike I take my women’s Marmot PreCip pants with me. They also come along on all backpacking trips! When you think it won’t rain, it will, and that’s why you need reliable rain pants that can be quickly put on over your hiking pants.
A friend of mine bought these pants before I got mine, and one day when we encountered rain on the last hour of a hike, I was impressed by how quickly she was able to zip them on over her boots and hiking pants.
Because the Marmot PreCip pants have a zipper that goes all the way down to the ankles, you don’t have to take your boots off. I find that I don’t even need to sit down to get them on. I just unzip the legs, wrap them around my hiking pants, then zip them right up.
My legs always stay dry when I have these on. No complaints for me on my Marmot PreCip pants!
