Another one of my favorites is Dressed in Dirt, a blog with tips and tales of the female backpacker Adelaide Brown. She shares stories of her adventures, training, and stunning photography.
In 2011 she plans to do a thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, so I’ll be checking back to follow her adventure!

Just to let you know, someone has restarted my blog with minor changes to all my content. I have no idea why, but it’s not me.
Wow there are some amazing writers out there. Where I live there are VERY few backpackers much less women backpackers! It is great to know I am not crazy. Thanks for Dressed in Dirt and thanks for the tip on injinji socks. I will be using them on my thru-hike starting this week.
