Since I spend a lot of time on the web when I’m not out hiking, trail running, or backpacking, I come across really cool (and many times FREE!) events that are happening around the U.S.
Here are some that stood out:

Nothing beats FREE ! Especially when it comes to travel and outdoors. A free trip, gear, how-to classes.
If you are ever in WA in winter, go for a free snowshoeing trip at Mt Rainier.
I love this blog, and I love that these events are close to me!
Unfortunately, the only climbing I’ll be doing with weekend is “Mount Washmore”. =)
